Who is paying?

The costs for using the application are calculated on the basis of the number of claims filed and will be charged directly to the estate as expenses incurred by the trustee (ClaimsAgent is an estate creditor). That means: if and when the estate will suffice to bear these costs. Use of the application for assetless estates will be free of charge.
